Peninsula Light Metals is a Gravity Permanent Mold Aluminum Foundry and Machining.


Our key attributes include:

120,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Gravity, tilt pour and table top casting machines.
Shell core method of core production.
Cold Box HV-3 Box Shooter.
Three large solution heat treat ovens for precision thermal heat treatment of your castings. T5, T6, T51 assure consistent BHN (Brinell Hardness) results.
30+ CNCs (horizontals, mills and lathes with live tools). We machine approximately 80% of all castings we manufacture.
40,000 pounds combined furnace capacity, including reverb & crucible furnaces.
CAD equipped pattern shop.
QS/TS certified facility.
Specialized in several aluminum alloys for gravity process.
Other available processes include assembly, tumble & debur, shot blast, washing & leak test (decay and immersion).
